Ancient Stone Flow
Meditation Workshop
The Abbey is free of turmoil today and its stone arches, walls and columns all stripped bare of former riches, but the richness is still present with its sense of spirituality and has been for hundreds of years. However today we rest here and feel a sense of peace and freedom.
A powerful but beautiful event of spiritual energy soaked in by mind and body. The ambience we will take in is spent living in the footsteps of those who once constructed this beautiful place as we connect in this present moment of our own self care.
This is a beautiful day allowing yourself to be embraced by the profound sense of tranquility as you explore the richness, standing in the shadow of the monks who once lived here and placing your hands on to these ancient stones feeling their energy to connect with all that is here now and all that has gone before.“
We will leave a coin in the cracks of its great walls and arches as a bond between the stones and all that is here.
